Milan and the Lakes Enrico Massetti,2016-09-13 This is a guide to Milan, for a visit lasting two, three or more days. It includes two sections on the lakes near Milan: Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. This guide covers the Lake Como, and the Rides are less than โ‚ฌ6 each way. Como is at the bottom of the western leg of the lake's inverted Y shape, about 25 kilometers by road from Bellagio. It is a fun place to explore, and offers an excellent duomo that dates back to the 14th century. Beware of wild boars if you explore the wooded areas surrounding the lake. 6. Is it better to stay in Milan or Lake Como? If you can, do both. We love Milan and Lake Como, so itโ€™s hard for us to choose. But if you only have 1 night available, stay on Lake Como. Itโ€™s much prettier, though Como town itself isnโ€™t up to much. If you have 2 or more nights, stay in Milan for one of them.
Lake Como in 3 days: Day 3 โ€” Bellagio. Our base for our final day on our Lake Como road trip was Bellagio. The quickest way to get from Tremezzo to Bellagio (with car) is by ferry. Cadenabbia is the closest port with a journey time of around 10 minutes.
1. Wander through the town centre. One of the best things to do in Bellagio is to simply wander through the town centre. The picturesque cobblestone streets, alleyways and staircases will be more than enough to keep you entertained for a couple of hours. . 68 200 39 468 323 133 135 63
