I have now gone and tried to manually change the alignment of the headlights (The yellow caps) using an allen key, but once again nothing is happening and no adjustment is shown. I've trawled around but i can't see anything which indicates how to rectify this issue, what could possibly be done or would it may need to be a garage job?

To aim LED fog lights, you need to have a wall and a level surface that meets at a 90-degree angle. Focus the lights on the wall and mark at the bull’s eye, which is the middle of the beam. Reverse the car 25 feet back and focus on the wall. Using the fog light adjustment screw, adjust the beam until the top is 4-inches below the bull’s eye.
Went to readjust them today and the screws are doing absolutely nothing to adjust the aim of the beam on the headlights. There doesn’t seem to be a horizontal adjustment and the verticals don’t do anything.
